Description
Ithaca College is hiring a Student Supervisor for its Phonathon fundraising program. The role supports callers by answering questions, coaching phoning techniques, preparing assignments and motivational materials, maintaining records, communicating campus events and fundraising opportunities, and meeting performance standards. The student must be enrolled at Ithaca College and have prior Phonathon employment, with responsibilities including two evening shifts per week, attendance at supervisor meetings, and adherence to employment and confidentiality agreements. The position pays $16.30 per hour and is supervised by Kelly Dukerich.
