Description
Organon is recruiting one STEM student for a 12-month engineering internship at its Cramlington manufacturing site. The intern will support project governance, reporting, risk management, stakeholder communication, project progress monitoring, continuous improvement, engineering project delivery, and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Candidates should be currently studying a relevant degree such as Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, be entering their third or penultimate year, and return to studies after the placement. The application process includes CV and cover letter submission by 19 October 2026, an informal discussion in November 2026, and an assessment centre and final interview in early December 2026.
