Organon is recruiting one IT student for a 12-month fixed-term placement in its Business Technology unit at the Cramlington manufacturing site. The role supports IT systems, digital innovation, manufacturing automation, lab systems, infrastructure, networks, data analysis, system integration, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement while working in an Agile environment and complying with corporate and regulatory standards. Candidates must be studying a degree in IT or a related field, entering their third or penultimate year, and returning to studies after the placement.
