Description
Organon is recruiting a Manufacturing Operations Intern to support the Integrated Production Team in its Cramlington manufacturing site. The intern will assist Production Coaches and the IPT Production Lead with daily operations, technical problem-solving, improvement projects, safety and quality investigations, regulatory and cGMP compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a relevant BSc (Hons) degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a 12-month placement in the third or penultimate year of study.
