Description
Organon is recruiting one STEM student for a 12-month fixed-term placement beginning in August 2027 at its Cramlington manufacturing site. The role supports solid oral dose product manufacturing and packaging, process improvements, validations, product and cleaning reviews, equipment testing, troubleshooting, GMP compliance, supplier-change assessments, and new-product introductions. Candidates must be completing a STEM degree in their third or penultimate year, have Microsoft Office proficiency, and demonstrate strong communication, analytical, project-management, and teamwork skills.
