Description
Organon is recruiting one STEM student for a 12-month fixed-term placement in its Technical Operations team at its Cramlington manufacturing site. The role supports the packaging of solid-dose oral products, including process improvements, validations, sampling, equipment reviews, investigations, supplier-change assessments, new-product introductions, and GMP compliance. Candidates should be working toward a STEM degree, have strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively.
