Codecool is hiring a full-time Student Recruiter for its Hungarian Student Admissions team in Budapest. The role combines student recruitment and admissions support—conducting interviews, soft-skill testing, carrier consultations, course registration, and contract preparation—with corporate-partner sales, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution recommendations, relationship management, and KPI achievement. The position requires Hungarian and English communication skills, proactive follow-up, teamwork, independent judgment, and preferably prior sales, sourcing, or recruitment experience. It offers a hybrid schedule of two office days and three remote days per week, along with private health insurance and an All You Can Move sports pass.
