Description
The Student Services Program Director develops, coordinates, and directs student services programs and leadership activities at a community college district. The role supervises staff, maintains student records, coordinates recruitment and selection, develops individualized educational plans, oversees budgets, prepares reports, and represents the program at community and college functions. Candidates need training and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience, including work with diverse student populations and state or federally governed programs.
