The University of Hawai'i at Hilo is hiring a full-time, permanent Student Services Specialist (Admissions Counselor) to support undergraduate admissions operations. The role processes applications, evaluates academic credentials, maintains applicant data in CRM and student information systems, supports data migration and queries, documents workflows, assists prospective students, and contributes to recruitment and enrollment initiatives. Applicants must have a baccalaureate degree and three years of progressively responsible professional experience involving admission decisions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
