McGregor Gardens is hiring participants for a paid, three-week State Tested Nursing Assistant training program. The program offers full-time wages during training, with $11.50 per hour while completing the class, $15.50 per hour after training until the STNA test is passed, and $17.50 per hour with a shift differential for second- and third-shift work after certification. The class and first test are covered by McGregor in exchange for one year of employment, and participants may choose a morning or evening class. No prior experience is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a pre-hire criminal background check and physical.
