The Student Success Coordinator plans, coordinates, and implements student support programs and services; assists students with college applications and resources; supports budgeting, reporting, program review, and strategic planning; leads student intervention programs; monitors support-service systems; trains staff; ensures compliance with district and state regulations; maintains databases; and provides orientation, workshops, and professional development. The role requires a bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, counseling, education, or a related field and two years of related experience, with applications accepted until the position is filled.
