Description
The Engineering Pathway Student Success Specialist provides individualized academic support in chemistry, physics, calculus, and differential equations to Engineering Pathway students in the Student Success Center. The role mentors student tutors, supports at-risk students, collaborates with faculty and program staff, facilitates content sessions, develops learning communities, and refers students to campus resources. An associate’s degree is required, a baccalaureate degree is preferred, and experience with Blackboard or other course management software is preferred. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with possible schedule adjustments and alternate schedules during the summer.
