Description
The Student Support Specialist will work inside a school to provide case management, assessment, referrals, home visitations, counseling, crisis intervention, attendance and behavior support, and coordination with families, teachers, school staff, and community service providers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of relevant public education or community-based experience, case management and youth counseling experience, and experience coordinating service providers and volunteers. It is a full-time exempt position with a schedule that may vary, on-going employment dependent on funding, and a salary of $42,000–$46,000.
