The College Internship Program (CIP) is hiring a full-time, onsite Student Support Specialist in Long Beach, California. The role supports young adults with autism, ADHD, and other learning differences through academic planning, executive functioning coaching, social skills instruction, community outings, independent living training, transportation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff. The position requires a high school diploma, at least two years of related experience or training, experience with autism or learning differences, computer proficiency, and an active driver’s license; a bachelor’s degree in a related field and special education expertise are preferred.
