Covista is hiring a Student Finance Systems Programmer/Developer to act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, translating business requirements into scalable applications and reporting solutions. The role supports system enhancements, software development, requirements analysis, user documentation, testing, project execution, data standards, and vendor coordination. It requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent industry experience, at least two years of IT or software development business analysis experience, SQL and GCP knowledge, custom .NET desktop application experience, higher education experience, and CRM and SDLC exposure. The position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week and offers a salary range of $61,720.78 to $86,176, plus health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
