Central Oregon Community College is hiring a temporary, part-time Student Technology Assistant in Bend to provide Tier 1 technology support for students. The role handles inquiries through in-person, phone, email, chat, and service desk channels; troubleshoots computer hardware and software issues; documents work in SysAid tickets; follows computer lab protocols; and provides customer service to students, faculty, staff, and guests. The position pays $15.55 per hour, requires a high school diploma or GED and basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge, and may require flexible evening, weekend, or night work.
