Description
Clifford Chance is hiring a two-month student internship in Amsterdam for its Project Development & Finance product group. The intern will work on real cases, prepare notes, advice, correspondence, conduct legal research, attend meetings and hearings, and translate legal documents, while being supported by a mentor and buddy. The role focuses on project development and project financing across energy, infrastructure, natural resources, and transport, including project and financing documentation, public-private partnerships, multi-source financing, risk allocation, and regulatory issues. Applicants must be in the final phase of a Dutch law degree and may not apply without fluent Dutch or a Dutch law degree.
