Description
Canadian Natural is hiring a student engineering/data-focused intern to support the Upgrading and Utilities Engineering Team with turnaround planning at the Horizon Oil Sands site in Fort McMurray, Alberta. The role involves managing and developing MS Access databases, VBA programming, SQL query optimization, database troubleshooting, and advanced MS Excel work including PivotTables, dashboards, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX. It is an 8- or 16-month student work term starting in January or May 2027, with a four-days-on, three-days-off schedule and company-sponsored fly-in/fly-out options from Calgary or Edmonton.
