Baylor University is hiring multiple part-time TIP Teaching Assistants to supervise and mentor elementary and secondary students in its Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development program. The role supports instructors with lesson planning and delivery, assists students in academic subjects, supervises breaks and lunch, maintains a safe and supportive environment, and handles administrative and operational duties. The schedule is typically one Saturday per month from 8:15 to 4:15, with a desired Fall/Spring employment period and pay of $18.75.
