Lucid is hiring a Studio Associate to deliver personalized customer experiences in a studio environment. The role welcomes guests, assesses their needs, manages customer pipelines, uses Salesforce, conducts test drives, explains Lucid products and competitive offerings, captures leads, resolves customer challenges, supports studio operations and marketing, and promotes the Lucid brand. Candidates should have strong communication and people skills, familiarity with CRM tools, flexible availability, and a valid driver’s license; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. The position pays $23 USD per hour plus a market performance bonus and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick leave, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
