The role follows a fashion collection from benchmarking through development and final collection, maintains collection books, ensures consistency across the brand’s universes, tracks reverse schedules and budgets, prepares governance meetings, and organizes brainstorming sessions. It requires a fashion design or fashion business degree, at least one year of experience in a similar design-studio role, color and print sensitivity, initial mood-board experience, organization, autonomy, interpersonal skills, and Adobe proficiency.
