OLIVER is hiring a Studio Director to lead the operational health, delivery quality, team performance, and financial health of its Cape Town studio. The role manages project managers and creatives, plans resources and capacity, oversees production workflows and automation, coordinates production escalations, manages budgets and freelance spend, and develops team capability. It requires experience leading creative production or studio operations, resource planning, production workflows, freelance resource management, stakeholder communication, budget reporting, production tooling, and AI governance. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the studio.
