Ford Motor Company is hiring a Studio Design Engineer to develop initial engineering concepts, integrate functional, thematic, vehicle, and manufacturing inputs into an A-surface, create concept alternatives, and support physical and digital model development. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or an automotive equivalent, at least three years of complete vehicle layout and package experience including Body and Trim, and at least one year of Catia V5 or 3DX experience. The position is hybrid, may require onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $86,600 to $166,200 with medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
