Description
The Exterior Studio Engineer translates automotive exterior design concepts into feasible, manufacturable, and production-ready solutions while supporting interior feasibility when needed. The role collaborates with design, engineering, packaging, safety, aerodynamics, manufacturing, suppliers, and other studio teams across vehicle programs from early concept through production. Responsibilities include exterior feasibility, surface and integration development, CAD and surface quality work, technical problem-solving, and innovation and compliance activities. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in automotive, mechanical, or related engineering, at least five years of automotive studio engineering experience, strong CATIA proficiency, and the ability to work in a hybrid arrangement.
