Description
Primer is hiring a Studio Guide to work in person with a Primer Leader and support K–8 students throughout the school day. The role involves maintaining a safe and predictable classroom, building relationships with students, leading and supporting literacy and math small-group instruction, preparing materials, assisting with Pursuits, monitoring student needs, supporting supervision during arrival, dismissal, lunch, recess, and transitions, and following safety protocols. Candidates need at least one year of experience working with children, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliability, communication, teamwork, and comfort assisting with instruction.
