JETSET Pilates is seeking dynamic Studio Leads who will support clients and instructors, ensuring exceptional service both in person and virtually. Key responsibilities include answering calls, responding to emails, processing sales, managing front desk operations, and staying informed about company policies and pricing. Studio Leads must also contribute to creating a welcoming environment, recruit clients, facilitate sales using CRM systems like AXLE, and maintain studio cleanliness. The role requires working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
