JETSET Pilates is hiring a part-time Studio Sales Specialist in Alpharetta to own membership growth and client acquisition. The role combines approximately five studio hours per week with outreach, follow-up, consultative selling, trial-conversion, CRM management, KPI reporting, promotional support, and community-event representation. Candidates should have at least two years of sales experience, a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and comfort with CRM tools; wellness, fitness, aesthetics, or luxury-service experience is preferred. Compensation includes competitive base pay plus commission based on membership conversions and sales performance.
