The In-Center Fitness Business Owner owns and manages 2–4 in-center fitness businesses, including studio, cycle, yoga, and signature group training operations. The role oversees performers and coaches, recruits and develops talent, manages budgets and schedules, builds member and team communities, and teaches four classes per week. It requires group fitness or yoga certification, fitness and nutrition certification, at least two years of leadership or managerial experience, and experience building high-performing teams. The position is salaried at $63,800 or the applicable minimum, with performance-based bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage for full-time team members.
