RH Interior Design is seeking a Studio Leader to drive operational and financial excellence in its residential design studio. The role partners with the Principal Designer to lead and develop team members, manage studio operations and inventory, support client relationships and business development, maintain design standards, and serve as a brand ambassador. Candidates need at least seven years of leadership experience in high-end furniture or luxury interior design, strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google applications, and willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
