BEAT81 is hiring a Studio Manager to run its Ride Studio in Berlin, Friedrichshain. The role leads and supports the front-of-house team, maintains customer experience and studio standards, manages FOH scheduling, and works hands-on in a 7-days-a-week studio environment. Candidates need at least three years of customer service experience, strong organization and communication skills, English fluency, and ideally B2-level German.
