Brandtech+ is hiring a remote Studio Manager in Colombia to support a North American client working on CPG brands. The role owns studio capacity planning, resource allocation, utilization tracking, talent sourcing and screening, interview coordination, freelance rate negotiation, onboarding, resourcing meetings, bottleneck resolution, and monthly reporting for retained accounts. Candidates need at least four years of resource management experience in advertising or staffing agencies and at least three years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a creative environment, along with strong communication, organizational, and creative-agency knowledge skills.
