StretchLab is hiring a full-time Studio Manager (General Manager) at its Austin Street location in Queens. The role runs the studio business, drives membership sales and retention, manages daily operations and staffing, executes local marketing, coaches sales associates and flexologists, and monitors KPIs and revenue goals. Compensation is $26 per hour plus overtime eligibility, monthly performance bonuses, commission on new memberships and packages, and other benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and professional development support.
