The role requires 5+ years of store management experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability for evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Compensation is $103,000-$129,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
