Description
The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, supervise aesthetic and medical staff, coordinate scheduling and inventory, monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, manage client service and complaints, support marketing and promotional efforts, and ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and licensing requirements. The role requires at least three years of management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, social media management experience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively; a bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience is preferred.
