Description
Sev Skin is hiring a full-time, on-site Studio Manager to lead and develop a studio team, drive revenue and profitability, manage operations and staffing, maintain compliance and client experience, and support client outreach and marketing. The role requires leadership or management experience in a sales-driven, client-focused environment, coaching ability, business and financial instincts, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position requires flexibility, including up to five days per week on-site, Friday and every-other-Saturday in-studio presence, Sunday availability when the studio is open, and evening, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed. The base salary is $60,000–$62,000 plus a potential monthly bonus, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits available to eligible full-time employees.
