Description
Sev Skin is hiring a full-time, on-site Studio Manager to lead and develop a studio team, drive revenue and profitability, manage operations and staffing, maintain compliance and client experience, and support client outreach and marketing. The role requires leadership or management experience in a sales-driven, client-focused environment, coaching ability, business and financial instincts, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. It requires on-site availability up to five days per week, with additional weekend, evening, holiday, and peak-period coverage, and offers a base salary of $70,500 plus potential monthly bonus.
