SLT is hiring a full-time Studio Manager for its Rye Brook, New York studio. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role leads studio performance and operations, including class scheduling, instructor support, utilization and revenue growth, staff management, facilities maintenance, customer service, and client retention. The position requires management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail, and offers a $65,000–$75,000 annual salary plus health insurance, PTO, sick leave, free class drop-ins, and community partnership perks.
