SLT is hiring a full-time Studio Manager to lead the operations, class scheduling, instructor support, client conversion, marketing execution, staff management, facilities maintenance, and customer service of its Rockville, Maryland studio. The role requires management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail, along with group fitness experience, strong communication and critical-thinking skills, and flexibility for weekends and holidays. Compensation is $57,000–$60,000+ per year, with health insurance, PTO, sick leave, a company laptop, free class drop-ins, and community partnership perks.
