Studio Three is hiring a Studio Manager for its Miami team to lead the overall direction, operations, and success of the club. The role oversees member experience, membership growth, onboarding, customer service, financial and operational systems, vendors, inventory, scheduling, payroll, training, events, community partnerships, and corporate membership sales. Candidates need at least three years of management experience leading 15 or more team members, three years of experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality, current CPR certification, and experience in financial management and revenue generation.
