Studs is hiring an on-site Studio Manager in its Boston Seaport location to lead retail and piercing operations, drive revenue and operational performance, oversee scheduling and compliance, manage customer experience, and develop a team of at least seven employees including specialized piercing staff. The role reports to the Regional Manager, requires at least two years of customer-facing management experience, open availability including weekends and holidays, and offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance along with other benefits.
