Tend is hiring an onsite Studio Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a dental studio, overseeing 10–20+ staff and coordinating staffing, scheduling, inventory, patient flow, KPIs, budgets, compliance, and culture. The role partners with clinical, People, and Operations teams and requires at least five years of experience leading teams of 10+ staff in healthcare or hospitality, with five years of management or operations experience preferred. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k), and a pay range of $80,000–$95,000 USD.
