Rostudios is hiring a Studio Manager for its first Münster studio to take full ownership of studio operations, including scheduling, staffing, customer service, maintenance, logistics, supplier relationships, expenses, compliance, and team development. The role manages 5–10 studio assistants and 25 instructors, collaborates with marketing on events, organizes quarterly training, mentors interns, and requires German and English communication skills. The position requires at least two years of team and operational experience, with a September 2026 start date.
