Description
SLT is hiring a full-time Studio Manager for its Rye Brook, New York studio. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role leads studio performance and operations, including class scheduling, instructor support, utilization and revenue growth, staff management, facilities maintenance, client service, and community engagement. The position requires management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail; previous group fitness experience is preferred. Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 per year, with health insurance, PTO, sick leave, a company laptop, free class drop-ins, and community partnership perks.
