Rostudios is hiring a Studio Manager for its first Vienna studio in Mariahilf. The role owns the studio’s operations, customer service, maintenance, cleaning, logistics, staffing, scheduling, team leadership, supplier and partner relationships, expenses, recruitment, training, compliance, and community growth. The manager will lead approximately five studio assistants and 15 instructors, collaborate with marketing on events, and start in November 2026. The position requires at least two years of team-management and operational experience, German and English communication skills, and flexibility around studio hours.
