The role coordinates photography and video production planning, studio readiness, equipment and resource allocation, workflow troubleshooting, process documentation, operational metrics, backlog mitigation, automation, and training for part-time and contingent team members. It requires at least four years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, business-level English and Japanese proficiency, and full-time on-site work in the studio.
