Little is hiring a Studio Principal focused on Interiors for commercial workplace clients to join its Northeast Leadership Team and build an Interior Design and Architecture studio in Northern Virginia. The role leads Interior Designers and Architects, develops new business in the Washington, DC and Mid-Atlantic markets, executes design and construction projects, manages studio profitability, supports client satisfaction, mentors team members, and contributes thought leadership. Candidates must have significant interior design experience and either NCIDQ certification or a registered architect status with at least 12 years of relevant experience; additional base-building experience is beneficial. The anticipated salary range is $150,000–$195,000.
