Orangetheory Fitness is hiring a part-time and/or full-time Sales Associate to support front-of-house fitness studio operations, including premium customer service, membership and retail sales, lead generation, studio previews, client onboarding, cash and credit-card transactions, and lobby maintenance. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, basic sales experience, functional computer skills, a high school diploma, and flexibility for day, evening, and weekend hours. Compensation is $17.75 per hour plus commission and performance bonuses, with paid training, a studio membership, product discounts, and flexible scheduling.
