Studs is hiring a full-time Studio Supervisor in Boston, Massachusetts. The role is a non-managerial keyholder and frontline floor-leadership position supporting daily studio operations, opening and closing independently, sales and customer service execution, visual merchandising, restocking, safety and cleanliness compliance, service recovery, and teammate support. The position pays $18.50 hourly and requires prior keyholder or shift-lead experience, flexible availability including required weekends, sound judgment, customer-facing professionalism, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 20 pounds.
