Description
Worley is hiring a Study Manager to lead small-value chemical engineering studies and brownfield projects from conceptual engineering through front-end engineering design and, where required, detailed design. The role focuses on debottlenecking, capacity and operability improvement, safeguard reviews, tie-in definition, and practical implementation planning, with responsibility for option identification, technical and economic evaluation, scheme recommendation, stakeholder management, governance, commercial and schedule control, and coordination with procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up teams. The position requires a Chemical Engineering degree, strong process engineering experience, at least 15 years of relevant engineering experience, and the ability to present defensible recommendations to senior stakeholders.
