ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Study Start Up Associate II to lead the initiation of clinical trials in a sponsor-dedicated model. The role covers site start-up and activation, preparation and submission of regulatory documents, coordination of internal and external approvals, recordkeeping, guidance to study teams, and process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, at least two years of clinical research or regulatory affairs experience including study start-up, knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements, strong organizational and project-management skills, and willingness to travel approximately 5%.
